Happy Tuesday Ya'lls-
Tuesday Tuesday- what is there even to say about Tuesday, not much. If you don't have anything nice to say- say nothing at all. And that my friends is advice I have taken to heart with our dear Tuesday.
So last night- actually not last night- about a week ago I had the pleasure of catching Jerry Maguire on the tube. And let me just say- despite Tom Cruise and all of his homosexual demonizing Scientologist ways; the man can act when he puts his mind to it. He has so much energy, like a little toy dog shaking with excitement for a little treat. What resonated with me the most from the film was the periodical quotes given by Jerry's mentour throughout the movie- you might not remember this however trust me they are there. Anyways the quote i enjoyed most is as follows:
If you don't love everyone- You can't sell anyone!"
This quote goes along with- If you don't have anything nice to say- don't say anything at all. So today if you encounter some sort of feud with say a Starbucks barista for adding the wrong sugar or health boost or whatever- remember that that barista might end up being your boss one day-- and just let it slide mofo's let it slide because after all it is a very small world. Burning bridges can only make your world less accessible. And on that note here is our inspiration of Tuesday. A kid from the Make a Wish foundation-- who even on his death bed found it in his heart to give- rather than ask for Madonna to show up at his bedside with flowers (for we all know that is what i would ask for ha). This boy is a free dove in heaven now- but has managed to inspire a rather ordinary Tuesday----- be a giver today--- put that change from your smokes in the plastic box at circle k for kids with cancer! Tuesday is officially all about love giving- says I!
